Membership terms

Membership Terms for Back on Track

  1. Nature of the Network
Back on Track is an international network privately operated by You on Track ApS, Denmark.
The network is not an association, and therefore, no general assemblies or member votes are held. All decisions are made by the management.
  2. Duration of Membership
Membership is valid for one year at a time and follows the calendar year (January–December).
Membership is automatically renewed each January, unless written notice of termination has been received no later than December 31 of the previous year.
  3. Termination of Membership
Members may terminate their membership at any time in writing.
Paid fees are not refunded if termination occurs more than 3 months after payment.
If termination occurs within the first 3 months, the fee will be refunded proportionally for the remaining months.
  4. Payment and Reminder Procedure
The membership fee is invoiced annually in January.
If payment is not received, one (1) reminder will be sent, either in writing or by phone.
If payment still does not occur, the membership will be terminated without further notice.

The fee may be adjusted by You on Track and will be announced at least one month in advance.
If the adjustment does not occur at the turn of the year but during an ongoing period, existing members will not be affected until their next renewal takes effect.

Private Membership
Fee: 25 EUR per year

Corporate Membership
Fee: 255 EUR per year + VAT

For memberships started in 2025, the payment will cover the period until January 2027, when regular renewal begins.

Membership Fee Exemption:
The founder and appointed ambassadors are exempt from paying the membership fee.
The exemption applies as long as they actively fulfill their roles in the network.

  1. International Membership
The network is open to members in all countries.
Fees are set in DKK, SEK, EUR, or another relevant currency depending on the member’s country.
All members accept that the membership terms are governed by Danish law, and that any disputes shall be settled in Danish courts.
  2. Exclusion

Back on Track reserves the right to exclude or reject members who:

  • Do not maintain a respectful tone in debates, on social media, or at events.
  • Harass, threaten, or demean other members or individuals.
  • Act in a way that clearly damages the purpose or reputation of the network.
  • Have a past or a reputation which is, in the judgment of the management, likely to harm the credibility of the network.

Exclusion or rejection may take place without a refund of the membership fee.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Back on Track and You on Track ApS’ total liability to a member is limited to an amount equal to a maximum of five (5) times the annual membership fee that the member has actually paid for the relevant 12-month period.
If payment has been made in a currency other than DKK, the cap will be calculated in the currency paid.
The limitation of liability applies to all claims, regardless of the basis.
Back on Track is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, loss of data, goodwill, or other consequential damages.
  2. Rights and Obligations
Members are entitled to participate in the network’s events, receive newsletters, use member benefits, and network with others.
Members commit to respecting the network’s values: justice, fairness, and respect.
  3. Amendments to the Terms
Back on Track reserves the right to amend these membership terms.
Amendments will be communicated to members at least 30 days before taking effect.
  4. Dissolution and Transformation

Back on Track may be dissolved if decided by the management.

Dissolution will be notified to members at least 3 months prior to taking effect.

Upon dissolution, 50% of the most recently paid membership fee will be refunded to active members at that time.

Already planned events will either be carried out or refunded proportionally, as far as possible.

The management may decide to transform the network into an association with bylaws and a general assembly.

Members will be notified at least 3 months in advance and may choose to withdraw before the next membership fee is due.
